End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 2026

1. Grant of License

Youness Ellouzi (“we”, “our”, or “us”) grants you (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software, APIs, and related services solely for the purposes authorized under your license agreement.

2. Restrictions

The Licensee may NOT:

  • Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the software.
  • Redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer the software to any third party.
  • Use the software on domains, websites, or platforms not explicitly authorized under your license.
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright or proprietary notices in the software.
  • Use the software for unlawful purposes or to collect, share, or manipulate other users’ personal data.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the license and legal action.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the software remain exclusively owned by Youness Ellouzi. The Licensee receives only the limited license described above.

4. Permitted Use

  • You may use the software for lawful business purposes only.
  • You may edit configuration files including .env and other system configuration files necessary for operation.
  • The included Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are templates only. You are responsible for reviewing, customizing, and publishing your own legal policies for your users.

5. Termination

  • This license is effective until terminated.
  • It will terminate automatically if the Licensee breaches any terms of this EULA.
  • Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the software and delete or destroy all copies.

6. Limited Warranty

The software is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

Youness Ellouzi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States.
